About Captured Timber

Hello! I’m Aaron Zwirn, owner and operator of Captured Timber. I’m based in Oxnard, CA. I’m a student in the Fine Woodworking Program at Cerritos College. I do original and custom woodworking and professional blade sharpening. My services will expand as I progress in my woodworking journey. In addition to studying Fine Woodworking at Cerritos College, I’ve also studied traditional blade sharpening with Hitachiya USA. I am also the Communications Board Member of the Conejo Valley Woodworkers Association. You can find me working in my garage, as well as every Sunday from 8:30 am - 2:00 pm at the Channel Islands Harbor Farmers Market. I also do occasional one off events.
